Furniture World POLICIES
- Free layaway for up to six months.
- Payment schedule
1. 20% down at time of purchase
2. Balance due is divided evenly by the number of months selected (up to six).
- Layaway payments may NOT be placed on a credit or debit card; payments must be in a form of a check or cash.
- Customer is responsible for making monthly payments.
- Missed payment
1. Customer will be notified of a missed month’s payment at the end of the month.
2. If two consecutive payments are missed, the order will be canceled.
1. Cancellation within the first 30 days will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellation after the first 30 days will be eligible for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
3. Discontinued, special orders, clearance, floor sample and as-is merchandise is not eligible for cancellation.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
- Furniture World provides a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery or pickup on products maintained in their original condition. (Note that items with pet or smoke odor or items that have been repaired or cleaned are NOT eligible for return.)
- Concerns about merchandise should be reported to Furniture World as soon as possible.
- Furniture World will make a home visit to attempt to resolve questions or concerns. If we cannot resolve the situation, the customer has the option to reselect or return the merchandise in the original condition for a refund (minus any delivery fee).
- Mattresses and box springs can be exchanged once if a mattress protector is purchased at the time of sale and used at time of delivery, but are not eligible for return.
- Special orders, As-is, clearance merchandise, flooring products, custom products, window treatments and products that require permanent installation are not eligible for return.
One-Year Limited Warranty
- Furniture World's one-year limited warranty is our way of reassuring you that we will take care of you. It works in conjunction with our 30-day satisfaction guarantee to form the strongest warranty package of any furniture retailer.
- We warrant to the original purchaser that any new merchandise purchased at Furniture World will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery or pick up.
- Within the warranty period, we will repair the merchandise free of charge.
- Merchandise that has been subject to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, fire or other acts of God.
- Merchandise with defect or damage directly caused by an unauthorized repair and/or the use of unauthorized replacement parts or service performed by unauthorized personnel.
- Wearability or colorfastness of fabrics or covers.
- Merchandise marked and sold “As Is” (this includes all clearance and closeout merchandise).

Low Price Guarantee
- We strive to offer the best style and value anywhere If you find a lower price at another full-service local retailer on the identical merchandise under the same terms of sale and the price difference can be verified with a written price quote or printed advertisement, we will credit the price difference to an in-store gift card, up to 30 days after receipt of your merchandise.
